HOW DO WE BILL?

Over the years we've learned that you want clear, set and reasonable costs. While traditional law firms stick firm to an outdated hourly billing structure, we do our best to match the cost structure to you and your needs.

Most online and software companies want to know the total costs upfront. As a result, we always strive to provide a flat fee to our clients. Under the flat rate model, we provide you with all defined work for the one flat fee. Nothing hidden.

Many of our clients have large projects and prefer to pay going forward. For them we design projects where each step is tied to successive flat rates.

For those companies that work on unique projects with uncertain amount of work, we incorporate an hourly rate. In these cases we strive to work as efficiently as possible. We know how important it is to you to control fees. We take that obligation very seriously. We will not waste time on unnecessary research and untrained associates.
